Hey thanks for the comment bro. I can expalin why he was neglected.
1. Jinchuriki stuff is known throughout the ninja world since anciemt times. Even though everyone know what a jinchuriki is they couldnt deal with them.
2. We already know that naruto and gaara are the kage sons. Despite knowing they are the kage's son, the village people didnt treat them with respect but instead ignored them.
3. Now back to the so6p, in those days people didnt know much about chakra and stuff. So, just like being feared by a jinchuriki they must've feared by a person with chakra.
4. In this post I made a possibilty that sages mother died after giving birth to so6p.. And I made it look like naruto and so6p are similar and are connected to each other.
This is just my thoery though. And I believe that some people dont agree with me. Neverthless I just made my point.
Man i still feel like im missing some points, when i remember them i will update . ??????
