because only hashiramas has proven to give you the rinnegan and also his dna would be completely gone by now, i made it the elder son because i dunno he gained eternal life or whatever

I think it would make more sense if it was the younger brother, the elder brother might possibly even help Madara. Besides, it's the Senju's DNA that is needed to awaken the Rinnegan, and it should be the same if there was a way to possibly go beyond the Rinnegan.
