When Madara was giving his speech, me mentioned that the current world belong being a failure was Hashirama's fault. And that those on the verge of death require treatment. Metaphorically. In literal terms, Madara is saying that those who currently live on the world created by hashirama are doomed to fail, and must be saved using tsukoyomi, which is why Tobirama asked if Infinite Tsukoyomi was the so-called treatment.
Alot of people are saying that it was zetsu saying that, and that he was going to go heal those on the verge of death. No. All zetsu said was that he was leaving. I think Kishi used a bad panel for Zetsu to say that in.
Now, as in regards to madara stabbing sasuke.
When Madara says " I gave you more than enough time to do something."
He was referring to the world, he was saying that the world had plenty of time to change while he was away, and that it was a pity that it had to come to this. He was continuing his speech.
Some people think that he was telling Sasuke that.
I alredy know some of u will say, " This was not needed." But it was for those who misunderstood
