Here is my try at it.
Chapter 661 Prediction
Naruto falls back to the ground with Madera trying to extract Karma.
Gaara: Naruto!
Naruto falls to the ground, barely conscious.
Madara: Meet your end, Naruto. It's over!
Karama: I won't let that fool control me again!
Karama is fighting to stay inside Naruto.
Madera: Ooh no you don't!
Madera is pulling harder on Karama and draws him out. Karama has chains wrapped around his neck.
Karama: Shit!
Panel shows Naruto on the ground, barely alive. He is holding by a mere thread. K11 is in shock.
Hinata looks on with her byakugan activated at Naruto and rushes to his side. She has tears in her eyes.
Hinata: Naruto-kun, hang on. (holds his hand this time)
Sakura also rushes towards Naruto to see if there is anything she can do. Tsunade arrives soon after and tries to heal him. It helps, but it is enough to keep Naruto alive a little longer. Minato also rushes over to where his son is.
Minato: I'm not going to let you die, son.
Minato attempts to do the hand signals to put Kurama's dark chakra inside Naruto. Madera looks on.
Madera: Ooh no you don't.
Madera (pushes Minato back with a blast and he hits the ground)
Naruto is hanging on by a thread.
Naruto: I'm..sorry..I..let you..guys..down.
Sasuke notices the situation with Naruto and activates MS mode with his Susano and unleashes a powerful attack against Madera which keeps him down. It buys enough time for Minato to get back up and get back to Naruto.
Minato again does the hand signals to get the chakra Naruto needs to survive and is successful and goes back to his 4th Hokage mode.
Naruto: Thank you, dad.
Naruto is healed to full strength and is back on his feet.
Naruto: (BM & SM) Madera, you are going down!
