So, Obito will just need to realize: "Love your neighbor as yourself.." after that vision he'll definitely be subjective to the power of love, which is dying for your friends without hesitations, for you love them and care for them. [3 types of love]
He'll truly die with a smile, knowing that he is sinful and have done wrong, Obito's final repentance, will be taking Madara with him in "hell" which is deserving to the people who choose to deny the truth, but who am i to judge, he might be saved in the end. [most likely Obito is willing to die, instead of live; due to the lies and the malignancy of his ideals.]
