It's a decent prediction and well presented.

That being said I have one flaw to point out, Kakashi is still in Kamui's dimension.

I'm fairly sure that's why obito hasn't used it yet, because by now he's likely recovered somewhat to deal some damage if he notices obito phasing in and out.
