Danzo isn't an Uchiha and didn't have MS , plus Senju DNA + MS = MS without blindness which is the same as EMS.

Danzo did have MS. He had Shisui's eye. You do remember Itachi talking about kotoamatsukami don't you? As for the whole thing about him not being an Uchiha, I can see your logic behind stating this, but it has not been confirmed that this fact even matters. Madara just said you need Uchiha and Senju Dna. He didn't say that you needed to be born Uchiha or Senju. Finally, it is true that senju Dna + MS = MS without blindness, but MS without blindness still isn't quite the same as EMS. For example, Madara wouldn't be able to use his enormous final susanoo without EMS. The wiki actually stated that this final susanoo was his EMS version. It's true that if he only had normal MS and senju Dna he would still be able to spam susanoo but he wouldn't be able to get his most powerful susanoo. Another example is Sasuke with his orb of black flames. It is true that he could probably just create an orb of black flames with regular MS and senju DNA but that would take up more time and chakara since he would have to make the orb manually whereas with EMS it just comes automatically when he activates his full susanoo (and sometimes even when it's a partial susanoo). Therefore, MS with senju Dna almost equals EMS but it is not quite there yet in terms of power.

Danzo only had one of Shisui's MS eyes. I'm pretty sure you have to have 2 MS eyes along with the Senju DNA to get the Rinnegan.

Not necessarily. There's no proof stating that you have to have 2 EMS eyes to get rinnegan. You may just simply get one rinnegan if you only have one EMS eye. Think about it this way: I could get one robot arm if I wanted to. I don't necessarily have to make both arms robotic. It is probably the same concept with the rinnegan. There is actually more proof that you don't need 2 eyes to get rinnegan. In part 1 when Naruto and Sasuke fought Haku, one of Sasuke's eyes had one tomoe and the other had two. This says that two sharingan eyes can evolve independently of eachother and one eye can actually be ahead of the other. In addition, Kakashi and Obito both awakened MS with only one sharingan eye. This says that the sharingan can evolve without the other being present. (Someone may try to debate that the eyes were simply connected, but both Kakashi and Obito felt the pain of losing Rin. Therefore, they both met the requirement to awaken the MS; which is why it is more likely that they both awakened it on their own and that it was mere coincidence that they awakened it at the same time.) With this being the case, I don't see why a single EMS eye couldn't evolve to rinnegan without the other eye. The only thing that is even close to proof of needing 2 eyes to awaken rinnegan is when Madara said that the sharingan works best with both eyes present, and even this statement only suggests that it is simply better (but not mandatory) to have both eyes. In my opinion bacon works better with eggs but that doesn't mean you can't eat bacon alone.
