If he wants so bad to become hokage (pulling that joke after Neji death really was a bad move and I truly hate Kiba now) he will have to be an outstanding shinobi from here. Neji died proudly, being able to sacrifice his life to save his comrades. It makes no sense just blaming Kiba for it.

They're using these powers after Neji's death as somekind of competition or showoff, but this is war. That's like hammering the Hokage title for "who gets more juubi-clones with a move".
Don't they know about the word "respect"? Why the f*ck didn't anyone repelled the sticks that killed Neji? I'm specially pissed off with Kiba because (kinda assumption) he was with team Kurenai, that is, with Shino "and Hinata", who was one of the nearest characters with Naruto. Hinata did what she could, and the others?

Now assumptions out... that competition of "I want to be hokage" is just a joke... and you can't joke in a war, you can't joke after the death of a friend... it's sick girl... are they inhuman? And Kiba is one of the main culprits in this case...

Sasuke is not the case because he still don't know about Neji's death.
