It'll be the yin seal on tsunades head she will get. Sasuke got Cs from it creator and his sensei orochimaru.naruto got sage mode from jiraya who him himself had it.it only makes sense sakura gets something unique to her and her mentor tsunade.the yin seal.

Stated on the wiki you must preserve chairs within the area of the seal.her forehead protector could hide such a seal.that's what I think.

STFU!! only Hashirama has that and people with his DNA...Sakura is not related to either Senju or Uchiha! She is a Blank...and Sage Mode? no...both Jiraiya and Orochimaru had imperfect Sage Modes...so Sakura has no chance in hell of getting any sage mode or Mokuton or any Sage of Six Paths Power..do you guys know how stupid you sound?? its the Yin Seal: Release,Creation Rebirth and the Byakugō.. she will have those plus Chakra Scalpel and the rest of Tsunade's moves...but even with all this she is still no wear near Naruto,Sasuke or Kakashi's level...She is not even near Suigetsu or Jugo's level either and when it comes to healing "OTHERS" her power pales in comparison to Karin's Healing abilities...with just one bite from Sasuke she managed to heal him in an instant...Sakura and Tsunade takes forever to heal the wounds of others...Sakura will only be getting in everyones way as usual *sigh* what a waste of ink and Paper
