so far this is my favorite and most possible prediction

While the two are talking, sakura is holding the ram handseal, then a seal spreads throughout her body.

Sasuke: Hmm?

Naruto: Sakura..

Sakura: This is a jutsu Tsunade-sama taught me.. Like Yin Release Seal, this spreads throughout your body, and when activated.. My strength, speed, and regeneration all increase by double!

Madara: So, you were trained by that woman I just severed?

Sakura: You.. what?!

Madara: That battle was boring.. a time waster. Exactly what you are..

Sakura: Why.. you......

Sasuke: Sakura! This is no time for games. Our opponent is the strongest uchiha.

Madara: I'm flattered that you recognize my existence.. But unfortunately, it's the end for you.. Stabilize.

Madara's susano'o grows from it's full state to it's true state, with madara floating inside of it, almost the size of the juubi.

Madara: This power allows me to take down 5 kage with ease.. I didn't expect to use it again, but looks like push has come to shove.. Get ready to die, alliance..

Sasuke has an idea.

Sasuke: Naruto.. This may sound risky, but I know a way we can fight that thing..

Naruto: Huh, how?

Sasuke: In the story that the first told me.. That same man combined the kyuubi with his complete susano'o, and the results.. Is where we fought 3 years ago.

Naruto: !!

Sasuke: If you've mastered kyuubi's chakra, and I've mastered susano'o.. We can fight against this.

Naruto: It.. It's worth a shot!

Sasuke activates Susano'o and it spreads over naruto, naruto's kurama cloak is now wearing susano'o armor. Sakura then lands on the head of the kurama susano'o.

Sakura: Don't forget I'm here!

Naruto: Alright.. Everyone in the alliance! Avoid close combat! Use your strongest long range attacks!

Hashirama: (He looks like a kage already..)

Hiruzen: (I would've never expected them to have grown like that..)

Minato: (Heh.. good luck, naruto.)

Madara: It's pathetic how.. you still think you can win!

Naruto: Tailed Beast Bomb!

Sasuke: Yasaka Magatama!

Following their attack, the alliance begins attacking straight back at madara, creating a huge explosion

Naruto: Yeah! Who's got the edge now!

Madara: Ugh.. What an annoyance..

The barrier around the juubi starts to crack, and the juubi begins coughing up a form with no mouth and 9 tomoe, the form from the six paths era.

Hashirama: Shit, it's breaking!

Madara: Catch that hashirama, get a good look.. I've been waiting for this for all of this battle.. This is the strongest creature in existence, your end... THE TRUE JUUBI!

It was good, but the while part about nine tails + susano wont happen, mist likely. Reasons for it is because when madara had control over the nine tails, the nine tails was in physical form, not charaka form. So yea I like where you tried to make something work, but it's most likely not going to happen, I mean there is an extremely low chance of that even occurring.

Apart from that, it was pretty good, one of the best I've read so far, hope you continue to make more.

Not only what fans want and expect, but the true awesomeness in this is how everyone stays in character, something almost nobody does anymore (i.e. Obito: Hey everyone! Sorry, but now I'm good. Can't stop the Juubi, though, you'll have to figure that out yourself! No, really, it has a weak point in the eye.) <<< I hate that. Your's, on the other hand, was a perfectly plausible prediction, and something I would believe were I to find it in a spoiler thread.

Wow I'm impressed but I prefer Sakura has something more advance than the Yin Seal Release. I wish she would have another form like Naruto and Sasuke have. Like her Inner Sakura that would be awesome!
