In the past it has been early for the beginning of the month (about half the time that is).

But really, what's a days wait?

I'm pretty sure it will be on Wednesday. They usually will announce something like that. Also, I know some people hate it this site (idk why) but MangaPanda is at least 8-12hrs earlier than this one. Check it around 12-2am tomorrow night if you really don't want to wait.
