Yeah I think it's obvious Madara > Naruto right now. I mean just look at the current fight it's going to be B + Naruto vs Madara, which speaks volumes towards the fact that Naruto can't handle Madara lone just yet.

I would like to point out that neither Meteors, nor Perfect Susanno, Nor Katon, Nor Susanno Clones, Nor Yasaka Magatama have come out yet. And This is Naruto + Kyuubi, the fact that the Kyuubi on his own free will is helping Naruto is what is different about this fight. This is not a 1 vs 1 fight atm. But I digress.
