Yeah, Kishi messed up on this one. Obito first extracted Kyuubi out of Kushina, but Kushina survived due to her kick-ass life energy.

Im not sure about a possible plot hole, because I thought that naruto was a shadow clone before the obito flashbacks and poofed but then he reappears in the fight and does anyone know where this extra Naruto comes from because im confused?

and curse by others.
do you read novel, story, etc... if not go and find some fiction novel to read.
do you watch movies, and do the movie jump from one scene to another, why..
many things DO happen simultaneous, and which scene to show first..second...
look at this way, this is Naruto World
what timeline, no such thing in fiction or whatever..
Obito can travel within second from one place to another
DO YOU HAVE THE MAP OF LEAF VILLAGE (anybody have a map?)

Fools It is not a plot whole kishi did not wanna go through the whole long fight again they were just flash backs. Maybe Manga isn't for you maybe you will understand it wen it airs in anime.

To me I did'nt see the the difference btw the summoning pics also obito could have summon it many times from spot to spot, we all knowdoesnt like to walk cos of his jutsu. What I have a problem with is the fact nagato was mentioned has part senju when he was 1st mentioned has a person of uzumaki traits. Also during the fight with 4th hokage his left arm was injured wasnt that his real arm how did he get it backl. And I pretty sure they are more.

You've probably figured it out by now but Obito didn't summon him at the graveyard at all. It was just a bad attempt on Kishi's part to merge memories. If you go back and look at 607, notice how Obito says the summoning with the flowers background that it's day time outside. But the very next panel that shows the nine tails has the setting at night, when the attack actually took place.

Kishi was just trying to give the memories transition. The panel with the leaves is actually supposed to be where the current memory is fading out, and the nine tails appearence is the new memory popping up. The reason Kishi put Kuchiyose no jutsu there is because it's supposed to serve as the transition between the two memories. Otherwise it would look weird just going from daytime and flower pedals to night time and nine tails with no warning.

This kind of transition is actually more suited for watching than reading though. It will look better and make more sense in the anime

Kishimoto didn't want to explain all the shit we already knew. He time skipped to after the extraction. In the links below you'll see That after the fox was extracted from Kushina and attempts to kill her, Tobi goes in the village and summons the fox from the previous location. Exactly what's in 607. Research the problem before you make your self look like a fool

I think you are missing something important that will explain what you believe to be a plot hole

When we first see Kuramas attack on the village: the extraction, the summoning, and the assault you are forgetting that this is all coming via Kushina. So, naturally certain details may not be exact, ex: what you think are plot hole. This time we are seeing it from obito memories... this is what HE saw it, which makes it more correct. Kushina was not there, she was with naruto so she didnt see everything!

Plus flash-backs are designed to show what was not seen previously. We already saw Obito extract Kurama and everything, what we didnt see was what he did in between or how he knew about Kushina... AKA Kakashi told him... on accident. Sorry, no plot holes!
