Danzo died. xd Then Tsunade was back to normal, so her status as 5th Hokage still remains.

Minato died. Hiruzen was 3rd hokage again.

danzo was more of a fill in hokage... he was never actually the 6th permanant hokage considering tsunade was still alive... and not to mention he face wasn't put up on the mountains... that is reserved for a perm hokage... so yeah naruto will be the 6th hokage but prolly not next chapter...
