Naruto 590 Prediction/Idea.

I kept reading and looking back at the last page of 589 and something interests me. I'm sure this has already been said but I think Itachi isn't just "poking" Sasuke, I think he's transferring his powers. Perhaps he will give Sasuke Izanami or Itachi's Totsuka Blade/Yata Mirror, as Itachi will not need Izanami or the legendary weapons any longer. The page is here if you want to view it.

Why would Itachi help Sasuke Destroy the village when sasuke still says he plans to kill everyone? I think that he used izanami on sasuke as well without him knowing and if he didnt i KNOW HE WILL NOT GIVE SASUKE ANYTHING THAT COULD BE USED AGAINST THE VILLAGE ITACHI DIED FOR........U LOVE SASUKE TO MUCH HAHA

Haha, I've seen your type before. Not properly evolved, jumps to conclusions based an assumptions without any empirical evidence what so ever. No, I do not "LOVE SASUKE TO MUCH." I was just pointing out something I found interesting. Also, Itachi always loved his brother, he probably wants to give him something before he leaves.

Yeah he is probably useing izanami on sasuke to help him see who he really is before he dies .... Itachi did mention that it was always used between Uchia's with some of the same exact issues as sasuke

For the part in bold I think he trusts Naruto to take care of things. For the second part in bold I think that Itachi is very protective of his brother and wants to be remembered by his brother even after his death, giving him a power up would be a perfect way to do this, and as a bonus Kishi shortens the gap in power between Naruto and Sasuke.

That's actually rather plausible. I don't think Itachi is the type to cast a Genjutsu on his brother (please don't mention part one and his fight against Sasuke because Itachi was hiding his true intentions/personality) though, it seems... too barbaric U_U

I'm thinking the same thing God, I was also about to make a thread on this, but you beat me to it.

It doesn't look like Itachi's ready to go quite yet - just like how he managed to break out of Edo Tensei's mind control, I think he'll be able to escape death itself this time. I hope he doesn't disappear yet; the Edo Tensei arc would be quite boring without him.

That's a good point but, if Itachi escapes twice that'll annoy anti Uchiha fanboys U_U

i totally agree with you,there's no way itachi would aid the enemy of the village he so much loves.And besides,i dont think he's going to achieve anything by giving sasuke more of his powers.
