Go to the part where orocihmaru gets the 1st and 2nd hokages to fight th3 3rd hokage. Just after hasihrama used bringer of darkness genjutsu, orocihmaru stated the the two hokages are toying with the third hokage.,

I believe the translation is correct but you would remove all doubt if translated it. Particular those who that fight showed how strong hasihrama was given the recent event with madara talking about hasihrama.

Oh, yes they were toying with him, but that quote must be taken in context.
Sarutobi was casting Shiki Fuujin at that time. That's why he had to concentrate on the jutsu and stop fighting.

Oro was baiting him because of that.
I mean, the reason Sarutobi was taking all those hits was because he had to stay still with his hands clasped in order to perform Shiki Fuujin. His priority wasn't fighting.
He himself says:
- How much longer will it take... ... Looks like I made it in time...

Besides, in one of the previous pages we can clearly see that the two former Hokage's get their legs blasted off with explosive tags without showing any notice of it or trying to avoid it.

I'm pretty sure the actual Shodai and Nidai Hokage's wouldn't just sit still and watch their legs get blasted off in such a premise. That only indicates to Oro's inability to efficiently control their powers.
