The middle panels could have easily been made using a distorting filter in photoshop. (Forgot its name)

And in the last panel, the little blob also looks very fake; too cartoony to be in naruto.

Plus, it doesn't go with the time-continuum, the nail was flying towards Kakashi, and suddenly, not only is there no nail flying towards him, but he's on his knees, outside of the rubble and shit...

Kakashi's MS has never bled before, which basically confirms this fake.
And another thing, Pein wouldn't just sit there and be sucked into another dimension without atleast saying or thinking something....

It looks like the same old MS we've seen time and time again.
The whole bleeding MS thing is something unique to Itachi and Sasuke, as far as we know, we've seen Madara use his teleportation thing, and his eye has never bled..?
