maybe jiraiya wrote that in his own personal copy after minato read it cause he knew minato was gona have son and he was happy that minato was gona name it after the book thats y maybe he coulda put yondaime and his son
but i guess ur rite thats the part i was hesitent about

No I don't think so. Well written, but it couldn't be inspired by yondaime and his son. Naruto wasen't born yet and I doubt J-man would write another book. And I'm not sure the leader of any country would just charge in and take Atatuski head on.
