then I can criticism a lil bit, the BG sucks, has no flow, Render matches up with BG - Good, its nearly empty, especially the Text sucks, watch some TuTs or look Gfx-Sector, and always... keep improving!

Not bad, did you add some soft brushes over the 4 red spots to give as if the light is casting over naruto a little? BG is nice but leaving naruto in the middle of the work is a bit plain, try not to center the focal, reduce the darkness to the sides, aswell as a touch of gradient map helps.
