Pretty Straightforward. In Your Opinion, Which Character(s) Have Had The Best Outfits, From Part I To Part II? This Isn't Limited To Only The Characters Whose Outfits Changed Over The Timeskip; Any Outfit, From The Akatsuki Getup To Konoha Jounin Outfits Is Acceptable.

I'd Say:

- Sasuke [All Outfits From Part I/II]
- Kimimaro [Sound 5 Outfit In Part I]
- Gaara [Kazekage Outfit In Part II]
- Neji [Hyuga Outfit In Part II]
- Itachi/Deva Path [Akatsuki Cloaks]

The Konoha Flak Jackets and ANBU gear should definately be among the best outfits in the entire series, along with the Sage outfit Naruto wears during Pain's attack on Konoha.

Sasuke's 3rd costume looks good too, w/ or w/o the Akatsuki robe.

Jiriya pt 1 and 2. Itachi because no one can rock the akatuski like him.
If I have to pick one tho it would have to be Madara
