Like someone said before, it's not official yet. And I have a reason to believe Naruto was clueless as to what Minato said. Look at the response and facial expression Naruto gave. He looks...confused.
And then some NaruSaku fan is gonna come in and say, "No, your wrong. Your an idiot...blah blah blah blah". Just waiting for it..... :\

what part of her interaction with sasuke, on either end, looked like a romantic exchange? she doesnt love sasuke anymore, this chapter confirmed it. she is only trusting him right now because of naruto, but they are strictly comrades now.

Obviously, Kishimoto is trying to keep both fanbases happy. Therefore if he is going to make a pairing cannon he will do so at the very end of the manga. NaruHina fans jumped the gun on chapter 615 saying "NaruHina is cannon", but in this chapter NaruSaku was given a HUGE boost via the Sakura/Kushina confirmation through Minato, Naruto confirming he still has feelings for Sakura and Minato saying for Sakura to take care of Naruto to himself.

Seriously though, I agree. What has changed exactly? Hinata loves Naruto, who loves Sakura, who loves Sasuke, who doesn't care about girls at all.
People confuse the fact that Naruto aknowledged Hinata and declared his admiration for her, as Sakura did with Naruto previously, for a change of heart. Nobody had a change of heart as of now, the circle continues and it probably will until the end. For what we know Naruto could still die along with Sasuke, with Hinata ending together with Kiba and Sakura with Lee. Sucky ending, but just as likely as everything else.
