Very basic, "Feelings" in this sentence refers to "Love", "Love" has changed since back then, "You might still like him", refers to she still cares about him, but of course the context from love to like means very bluntly that she isn't in love with him.

Kakashi is amazed that Sakura still cares for Sasuke enough to still want to save him. Which prompts him to brand her as being a very kind girl.

In what reality do you kids live in, where a girl is thought to be kind when she loves a guy that has tried to kill her before. The Japanese have a weird culture, but not that weird.

Just get over it, Sakura isn't romantically in love with Sasuke like she once was, you keep quoting the scene in the tent, but her facial expressions point to something else, and Sai reveals Sakura has some underlying feelings of complete distrust for Sasuke, not romantic.

What I remember reading, is that Kishi original cast was just basically a focus on Naruto, Sakura was created to be Naruto's love interest (like she is now), but she was intended to play a much smaller role as she does now. Due to the fact that Kishi has stated he's bad a drawing females. Sakura involved into the main heroine out of circumstance basically, but despite that Kishi has stated that he fond of Sakura due to the fact that she has more human style backstory, that we can actually relate too.

But you are correct, Sasuke was not in Kishi original draft, but was suggested by Kishi's editor, that Naruto should have a rival. So he rewrote, and Sasuke was born.
