Actually No.. When Jiraiya and Tsunade were having final conversation before he left to fight Pein ... Tsunade expressed her feelings to Jiraiya.

Feelings towards a dear friend who is going to die. I didn't see nothing more than that

Do the terms "character and plot development" mean anything to you?

I don't think that in Shonen Manga "plot development" has nothing to do with pairings. Just think rationally for a second. Sakura admitted in the War Arc that she loves Sasuke. I don't think Kishimoto will waste another arc after the war is over where Naruto and Sakura magically end up together.

I don't think you are aware just how common these types of long-standing love triangles/squares are within the shonen genre. Even the basic format of the subplot that exists within the Naruto series has been done multiple times by other series in the past. For just one example, look at Dragon Quest, the manga adaptation of Kishimoto's favorite video game series:
Poppu/Naruto :

Pop begins as a coward who runs away from fights, but he later grows as a powerful character throughout the story and gains true courage. Pop falls in love with Maam as the story develops.
His desire to become a powerfull mage is boosted by his love for her, so he can protect her and his friends.
Like characters such as Naruto he often times acts like an idiot, can become quite rude, and acts like a pervert.
Maam's love for Hyunkel hurts him a lot, but he tries to hide that from her.

Maam/Sakura :

Maam has rose hair, great physical strenght and a talent for healing magic like Sakura in Naruto.
She's one of Aban student, and travels the world with Poppu and Dai. She is rather weak in battle at the outset, but her caracter as a woman isn't the easiest. She is quite temperamental and often times inflicts comedic violence on Pop.

She is in love with Hyunkel, and doesn't really like Poppu in the beginning, but she begins to care about him little by little as the story develops.
Later in the manga, she doesn't really understand the nature of her feelings for him, and she also doesn't see his feelings for her, which hurts Poppu a lot.

Hyunkel/Sasuke :

Hyunkel's parents were killed in a monster attack, but one of the monsters took him in and raised him like a son. Like Sasuke (whose personality he also shares), his path involves getting revenge. When Avan killed Hadlar and Hyunckel finds his adoptive father dead, he secretly holds a grudge against Avan, whom he believes killed his father. Hyunckel then becomes Avan's first pupil but, after graduating, unsuccessfully tried to kill his teacher with a technique he invented himself, Bloody Scraid. He was then taken in by Myst-Vearn who brought him up to be General of the Immortal Army, one of the six main armies under Hadlar and Vearn's control. Despite being a villain at the early part of the story, Hyunckel wasn't able to bring himself to constantly torture any female characters such as Maam. After discovering that Hadlar had killed his adopted father instead of Avan, he joins Dai's party.

Merle/Hinata :

Shy, gentle, black hair, and admires and loves Poppu, the proud failure. She, like Hinata, would secretly watch Pop, and knew in the beginning he was courageous.
She confessed and sacrificed her life for Poppu before the final arc. She wanted to know before dying in Poppu's arms the name of the girl he loves (even if she already noticed for so long).
That's when Maam was aware about Poppu's feelings for her. They didn't speak about it after that before Poppu's confession.

Eimi/Karin :

She is part of "the Three Wises" of Papunika with Apolo and Navy, who are in charge of Princess Leona protection.

She falls madly in love Hyunkel. She even says to him that she will follow him even in hell.
Eimi confessed to Hyunkel without having an answer, but in the last chapter, we can see her following him in his journey.

The manner in which the Merle=>Pop=>Maarm triangle plays out is also akin to events in Naruto (albeit with different context & chronology, of course):

All that “romance drama” is indeed pretty common in plot developments, and it's been done in a similar way multiple times before.

KNOCK OFF THE BASHING! The OP is asking nicely and should be respected! You might think it's funny but if the topic gets locked or deleted, it's not you who made it and that's being disrepectful to other members.

1) Sakura punching Naruto for being dumb/perverted
Remember that this is a shonen manga, and most, if not all, of these series seem to require a female character hitting male characters for the sake of humor.

Furthermore, the manga is not grounded in reality, and these exaggerated scenes are meant to be viewed in the same light as Gai's overreactions to Kakashi's "hipness," Iruka/Sarutobi/Ebisu/Jiraiya/[insert male character]'s massive nosebleeds when becoming victim to Perverted Jutsus, and of course Hinata's fainting every time she sees Naruto.

Finally, if you still can't get over these scenes; while the anime may make it seem as if Sakura makes a habit of beating the living daylights out of Naruto every other day, with all its fillers and omakes, you should know that it has only occured 2-4 times throughout the ENTIRETY of the post-timeskip manga.

2) Naruto/Hinata Opposites Attract
Well I could argue that the "opposites attract" theory has already been proven untrue through real life studies, I have already acknowledged the fact that this manga is not based off reality.
The thing is, though, that within the Narutoverse itself, this argument has also proved untrue for other cases.
Asuma and Kurenai are both calm, collected, and fairly confident individuals. Yet, they had stable, ongoing relationship that resulted in a child.
A fan favorite pairing, ShikaTema, consists of two characters that have both been shown to be calm, intelligent, analytical (as seen in their chuunin exam fight), and both have similar leadership qualities . While some may say that they are opposites since Shikamaru is lazy and Temari is...not, its a pretty weak contrast in itself and hardly classifies them as opposites.

3) Minato/Kushina parallels
Bad traits? Try reading that chapter again. Kushina was quite proud of her reputation as the Bloody Habanero. Moving on....

No parallell? Oh boy...

I don't think much needs to be said here.
It's not that Sakura is clone of Kushina, but rather that Kushina was deliberately designed after Sakura in looks, personality, and, as much as I'd hate to say, damsel in distress roles. Yes, Kushina and Naruto are alike, and therefore Naruto is much like Sakura, but again, opposites attract does not necessarily hold true within the Narutoverse.

As for the Minato/Hinata comparison, I'm sorry to offend, but I really have to facepalm on that one.
Minato was not a shy person at all. He was easygoing yet confident, as shown by his dialogue in his fight with A and Killer Bee, and had the drive to become Hokage which he passed on to Naruto along with Kushina.
He was initially as shy and softspoken around Kushina as anybody would be around their crush.

BTW, I am glad you brought up GokuChi. Did you forget that Goku was quite the (naive) pervert as a child, and that in reaction to this, Chi-Chi would hit Goku? here's something to refresh your memory if you don't:

Not to mention that when Chi-Chi grows older, she becomes quite the aggressive, violent woman herself, or did that also slip your memory?
If what you say about Kishimoto being heavily inspired by DBZ is true, then NaruSaku is almost bound to happen.

4) Fillers
First and foremost, its quite apparent you are rationalizing it in a biased way in order to support your opinion. Fillers are fillers and should never be considered evidence in an argument. As has been said of any anime adaptation, their sole purpose as standalone episodes is to lengthen the gap between the manga and anime, and fillers placed within episodes themselves are used to adjust the time of an episode so that it will fit the 21-23 minute time slot. They have no worth in a canon argument. Sorry if I put it too bluntly, but people citing fillers are my biggest pet peeve.
Second, to respond to your point that the animators wouldn't put NaruHina moments in there if it wasn't planned to end that way. I could easily say vice-versa, that animators wouldn't put any NaruSaku moments in fillers and movies if they didn't intend on having the series end that way.

You say that while NaruHina fillers should be considered at least paritally canon, while at the same time saying NaruSaku fillers such as the date in the movie should not count. That is bias at its best.
I could say something similarly biased such as "Since the movie was written directly by Kishimoto, while the NaruHina filler moments were not, NaruSaku is more canon."
So I think we should both agree, movies/fillers by definition should NOT EVER be used as evidence for one pairing or another being canon.

Finally,
5) Naruto saves Hinata romantically while Naruto is just saving Sakura along with a couple of other people

It's quite obvious to see that you have interpreted the scene in a way that supports your bias.
Let me explain the true objective purpose of this scene:
Kishimoto isn't stupid, he is well aware of the fact that there exists conflicts over the pairings. As discussion of pairings means increased discussion of the Naruto series (such as we are doing now), which means more poeple invested in seeing how the pairings turn in the end, which means more people following the manga to the very end, which means more $$$, he is quite intent on keeping the pairing wars going until the very end of the series, as is the logical thing to do.
This parallel scene of Naruto saving both Hinata and Sakura is the result of his intention to keep the pairing wars going, as he knows it will be discussed (again, such as we are doing right now).
Oh you might just end up regretting this, my son. Two can play at this.
You turned me :0
Narusaku yoooo.
Also to add to this

I don't see the resemblance of Hina and Kushi sorreh :x
you made me see that Kushina and Sakura are much alike :) so~
and he did listen to his mother, all she said like have lots of sleep and eat lots, well he does that
if you wanna watch the video
Anyways that's all :)
They both sound like a good pairing though, i'm still a naruhina fan :) but it seems like Narusaku needs all the help it needs so why not contribute to it :).

I wasn't aware that NaruHina fans were using the cover as proof of pairing.
They do know that the cover of a volume is drawn as a summary of the major events that occurred in the volume, which in this case involves Neji's symbolic death, Hinata's speech to Naruto, and the Alliance power up, right? Take a look at past volume covers and you'll understand what I'm talking about.
