I both prefer NaruSaku, and think that it has the best chance of becoming canon. NaruHina also has a good chance, given recent events, but I still believe that NaruSaku has the upper hand, given all of the development its received over the course of the manga, the fact that Sakura's feelings for Naruto are still up in the air, and the fact that Naruto recently confirmed he still has feelings for Sakura.
NS at this point has only these things that allow for it to stay alive.
Naruto's unconfirmed love
It was confirmed after Hinata's confession in 457 (regardless of when it took place story wise, the author chose to place it after Hinata's confession), in 469 after Hinata's confession story wise when Naruto initially blushed in response to Sakura's confession, and then this past chapter when he told Minato that Sakura was "more or less" his girlfriend.
And seriously, it makes zero sense for Naruto to tell that to his dad if he no longer had any romantic feelings for Sakura, much less if he also had romantic feelings for Hinata.
Sakura's so-called confusion about who she loves
It's not so much that Sakura has been shown being confused over who she loves (because she really hasn't), its that she has displayed strong emotions for Naruto that can easily be interpreted as romantic (i.e., her blushing over and flirting with Naruto in their part 2 reunion, Yamato's words about the strength of her feelings for Naruto in 297, her hug in 450 (interpreted as romantic since the crowd behind them was blushing and one little girl had the classic, "how romantic" face/pose, and since the only other person she has hugged in the entire manga is Sasuke, whom she definitely does have romantic feelings for), the fact that she never denied being Naruto's girlfriend this past chapter, etc.).
She's also shown signs of changing feelings for Sasuke, chapter 540 being the biggest hint in that Sakura seems ashamed to love him. It was definitely a negative presentation of Sakura's feelings for Sasuke, though at the moment, she is most certainly still in love with him.
He's not emotionless, he's just never shown any romantic feelings for her. She was a precious friend and comrade in part one, but those feelings were never, and have never, been depicted as anything more than platonic.
Could he change? Of course, Kishi can do whatever the heck he wants with his characters - he's just never indicated that he will thus far.

Except those bullshit parallels have been confirmed and pointed out in black and white in the manga by the author himself, which makes zero sense to do if he wasn't going to utilize them in some way.
Because it makes so much sense to argue that Kishi had Kushina tell Naruto to find a girl like himself, and then had Minato clearly point out that Sakura is like Kushina just to waste panels/for the lulz. ;-)

Yes, friends hold hands in front of other people. They even do it in this manga (e.g., Sakura held both Naruto and Sasuke's hands as she lead them out of the room after their first meeting with Team Gai during the beginning of the chuunin exams).
As for Naruto's quote, what's romantic about it? Neji told Naruto that his life wasn't his own first, and he wasn't just referring to Hinata there. And look at everything Naruto has said to Sasuke, or the stuff that Shikmaru has said regarding Naruto, for example, in comparison. Naruto has grown much closer to Hinata, but there isn't anything to indicate that its romantic on his part.
