There have been plenty of references to Sakura's hidden feelings for naruto. I would like to see a chapter where Sakura flashes back to these points in the past and realizes that she can't stop denying her other feelings anymore. Maybe this will happen if Naruto dies at sasuke's hands. Who knows?

The only relevance I see with the pairings is if Minato and Naruto have a man to man talk about his llife and interests. Which would so freaking weird and strange but I kind of want to see that. Oh and maybe a legitimate parallel between Minato and Kushina to Naruto and Hinata/Sakura. Like Minato tells Naruto about how he fell for Kushina and that makes Naruto think of one of those two (probably hinata) and that seals the deal. But yeah, that is really the only pairing action that can happen in the midst of the war. Everything else would happen after.
