Since Madara is dead/dying there is no one who can use the Rinne Tensei to revive all the people killed in the war. The Shinobi Alliance started with 80,000 people and now according to all the recent chapters it seems like only 200-300 even remain, if that.

Sasuke should refrain from having children and let the Uchiha bloodline die. I think this war will give everyone a huge wake up call that should something like this ever happen again, the world needs more Uzumaki/Hyuuga hybrids to save them, not fodder Uchiha.

Sasuke can't use it without killing himself and that won't happen because Naruto will kill him. So the world population is really low right now and I believe a stamina beast like Naruto can change that.
