I really don't care who he ends up with, but just going to say with all the character development between Naruto and sakuras relationship if he did end up with hinata it would be a waste of time developing their relationship kishi said in an interview that he wanted to focus on how Naruto and sakuras relationship develops but hey I could be wrong, but why doesn't he just end up with all of them lol :)

Can't say I agree with your reasons that NaruHina is 99% certain of happening. It's too much considering that Naruto, the guy in the pairing, has shown no signs of romantic feelings for Hinata and your reasons is entirely based on your own speculation.

If NaruHina has a chance due to similar goals and mind-set then NaruSaku has that same chance.

Popularity doesn't mean anything. Out of seven popularity polls Hinata has only won three of them: the first one, the third and the seventh. Once again, your reason puts NaruSaku as "certain" as well. You even mentioning Hinata hasn't gotten much screentime makes it even less likely of happening.

If his fans were so important then why hasn't Hinata gotten much screentime? What about other popular pairings and characters?

Naruto changing his mind seems unlikely, but even if he does it still does not mean Hinata will be his next choice. I can't say that Naruto even has any reason to fall in love with Hinata. So Naruto should return her feelings just because she loves him? She hasn't even done anything to prove her love other than confess and try to protect him from Pain.

For a pairing you believe has 99% chance of happening it needs a hell of a lot of work.

i made naruhina my favorite pairing ever since i first saw hinata look at naruto with that lust.ful eye, and i only believed they would get together more when naruto saw her/almost saw nakd at that water fall

Too bad that was a filler ep :/
But I agree, ever since season 1 when I saw that Sakura liked Sasuke I could see the pairings making sense. I suppose they removed ed 21 so fast b/c they didn't wanna give away too much. That, or my life is going by too fast. I wonder how many eps ed 21 lasted...

I wouldn't discount anything you said and personally I think it's a great and well thought out opinion. However Naruto hasn't shown any signs of rejecting Hinata etc. and when he turned back into sage mode from 8tails (fighting pain) he was quite afraid that he'd done something to Hinata.

Now, if you consider that a sign of him liking Hinata or not is up to you :) but when Naruto rejected Sakura and said "I hate people who lie to themselves" as well as Sakura rejecting the ninja's "proposal" in the medical camp because she was thinking of Sasuke, well, that further shows how unlikely SakuNaru is.

And as for Hinata not showing any other signs of affection towards Naruto, remember before the Chunin exam before Naruto was going to fight Neji? Naruto was really being hard on himself and Hinata cheered Naruto up. Naruto then proceeded to say she was cool but anywho, she did more than fight pain for Naruto :)

Overall signs are quite obvious. Personally I think the reason why Naruto wouldn't confess his feelings is because he has to deal with Sasuke first before going gun-ho with any kinda relationships (you know, the mortality rate for dealing with a renegade Uchiha isn't too high...) but Kishi probably has something else in mind.

Hm..well you can't really say NaruHina will happen because she's the most popular female character in the series. That's like NaruSaku fans saying Sakura has to be with Naruto because their main characters. And here is a thing for you future writers out there, ;) one of the worst mistakes a writer can do, is be influenced by his fans. An author becomes famous from his own ideas. And yes, I do agree with you that Hinata is important to Naruto. I mean, all of Naruto's friends are dear to him, but Hinata would naturally hold some special importance. (because she saved his life) And considering screen time, well, love can't be measured by how much screen time you have now does it? :p
And considering Sakura's feelings, she still loves Sasuke so it wouldn't make sense for her to suddenly realize her love for Naruto. (same goes for Naruto and Hinata). The ONLY way I can imagine Naruto with Hinata (in the manga. not 10 years later scenario) is if she risks her life for him again. I can't imagine Sakura and Naruto together (in the manga), even if she risks her life for Naruto. There has been too much development on Sakura's feelings from infatuation to love towards Sasuke, ESP. since he is a national criminal. The last time her feeling for sasuke are mentioned is in the current arc. Unlike Naruto's feelings for Sakura, where it has not been mentioned for awhile now. Long story short, each pairing is shaky right now (as it always has been) and we'll never know till Kishi tells us.
