Fanboy ik that those type of people boost Naru or sasu all the time but why can't they just be called mega fans or something and whys it like a war between the 2 groups?

You see, fanboys/girls are called that because of their irrational devotion for that character.

While fapboys/girls are those who are just completely out of their minds and ruin the character because of the stuff that they say in which they cannot back up.

Its like the difference between a religious person vs extremist cultists. One is entitled for their opinion and value the opinion of others whilst the other think that their opinion is the truth and would destroy other who has a different opinion

Every fanbase has their overzealous members, be they fans of Naruto, Itachi, Sasuke, Minato, Kakashi, even Ichiraku. It's best to just drown out the fallacies of said fans and continue on your way, regardless of the colors they fly.
