Why won't people just accept naruto and sasuke are strong?why go out of their way to come up with excuses to why someone's strong. Sasuke from pre-timeskip to post-timeskip came back so much better. He trained with Orochimaru and was fighting against s-classed enemies. Naruto learned SM and trained to control the power of the Kyubi. They both deserve their said power.
