Nardo and Saske

Can Base naruto( No SM/KCM/BM/BSM[He doesn't need to maintain the seal because he is friends with kurama so he is in full potential to use all his chakra, not kurama) and Base sasuke( 3 T/M sharingan [MS,EMS Not allowed] ) take chounin and jounin's exams ??

Could they win/survive?

Ofcourse they can. hebi sasuke was way above any regular jonin. Naruto aswell

Sasuke...well he has Sharingan, uses Kenjutsu, and can use chidori lots. Also he has skills with Shuriken.

In that case i guess naruto doesn't even need to take the exams, he can go right away to jounin rank or maybe hokage. If sasuke becomes good and is forbidden he can become an anbu in less than a week :I

Narutos shadow clones and rasengan are enough to solo ANY genin. Besides kabuto. Pretty sure when sasuke kirins udons boogers from his nose he's going to poop his pants. So yes, they win

The last time Sasuke used a standard Chidori was probably Danzo, and before that was the Raikage. Sasuke just dropped the Chidori and stuck with giant Susanoo/Amaterasu usage.

Basically, it was one thing where he had 10 different ways to use Chidori, but now he goes Point and Shoot for Amaterasu
