Nara's shadows should be unbreakable

I think it's a load of s*** how shinobi are able to break out of the Nara clan's shadow techniques. It's basically the only technique that they have, so I don't care how strong a shinobi is, no one should be able to fight against it like Hidan did or break the shadow's hold completely like Ginkaku did. What I'm saying is, it's the Nara clan's main technique so it should be OP or just unbreakable. Who agrees?

Every jutsu has a weakness. The strength of the hold is dependent on the strength of the user, and if the opponents' strength is greater, they can break free. As much as I love the Nara clan, it makes sense to me.

Uchiha's have much mroe than just genjutsu. Nara only have their shadows

No they should not be unbreakable. The Nara shadow technique is based on the distance from the opponent and their chakra/prowess. If they have a huge chakra reserve then....well its rape for the opponent.

The shadows are only as strong as the users chakra and will power.

The same way Sakura fought out of Ino's mind control jutsu and how Sasuke fought his way out of Orochimaru's genjutsu, peoPle should be able to break out of shadow control.

Kage mane is a jutsu that everybody can learn. It's not like a kekkei genkei. It's only that Nara specialised themselves in this jutsu. Jiraya for example has a similar jutsu

I'm ok with some characters breaking out (like Ginkaku) but I feel that Tayuya shouldn't have resisted Shikamaru at so close a range. He's older now though so it's probably easier on him.

But guys, if a Nara finds himself fighting a strong opponent, then they're completely screwed since the opponent an break out, well unless you have a 200+ IQ like Shikamaru

Characters like Shikaku are probably dozens of times more powerful with their shadow bind, Shikamaru's is basically the only one we've seen and he's extremely weak and bad with it so it might seem like the shadow bind techs are weaker.Since any average ninja can break out of his with brute strength.

Ok, as sorry as I am he's still easily my least favorite but that's unrelated. xC

the guy sweats after trying to hold Hidan back a bit and both Hidan and Tayuya broke out with brute strength which isn't exactly their forte. I'm sure Shikamaru's father and past generations who are Jonin and far more skilled are probably more powerful with it, it's just that since Shikamaru's is the only version we've seen so far is why it might seem so weak is all I meant.

I watched that match earlier I don't know tennis though I watched when he played against the Russian?or a czech ? Haha
Back on topic I don't think there should really be anything to over powered
