When we have light,shadows are created.So this is very helpful.If the sun is brighter,the shade in stronger and generally better.

However if the light is too strong,there is the danger for the shadows to vanish.

Alright where the reason is because mostly fire style jutsu. If your opponent uses a B rank fire jutsu it will slow down your shadow, if the opponent uses a A rank fire jutsu it will halt your shadow, and if your opponent uses a S-forbidden fire jutsu is will send your shadow back to you.
