Right i just thought of an awsome idea, one of the nara clan having one of the tailed beasts?

The reason shikamaru isnt that great is because of his low levels of chakra but give him say a 6 tailed beast and he would own everyone


Paralyz then stange them all without effort


Another thought is would the nara clans shadow paralysis jutsu stop madara from teleporting? If so that would be awsome

Tail Beast might help, But the biggest weakness that Shikamaru and His clan have is they need light to created shadows, at night they need artificial light to use their power. Against Guys like Pain that can make Rain and be overcast their lost. So the best gift You can give Shikamaru and His clan is to have internal light source in them to create shadows anywhere anytime, and make them stronger the more light the more power the shadow has.

Nice, Shikamaru can finally use unstoppable manifested shadow manipulation, nothing will stop it, cause of the beast's Chakra, the thing is. Shikamaru as to go through hard work just to control it xd
