I'm curious because I sort of want to learn how to use flash for some mini animations but I just suck at it.

Took me I think about an hour to do the line art, and to color took me about 2-3 hours. It isn't that hard with a mouse when you use the photoshop pen tool. Just think about connecting the dots when you're tracing a pencil drawing. There's ton's of tutorials and whatnots you can find on youtube; that's what helped me to get this far. I'm actually planning on making tutorials on my channel as well, just need to find the time to do them.
