Nana to Kaoru leaked ending raw help?

Ok so a friend of mine sent me a page of a raw page of Nana to Kaoru for me to translate(he said its a leaked raw of some sort)
I was able to translate it but i had a doubt so i came here to see if anyone could proofread it
I dont know the anime tho

He shared it through messenger so i cant really upload it here since this only allows links but i can explain the scene

The girl and the boy(who im guessing is Kaoru) is there

The boy is hospitalized and the girl visits him in the hospital while holding a kind of a headband

”一緒に　落ちるぞ”(first panel)

カオルが　言いってくれたんだよ”(second panel)

My translation is

"Lets fall together" is what Kaoru said

But the problem lies in くれたんだよ

Im guessing...since the verb before it(言いま) is in て form then the くれます after that means doing something for someone,but i am not entirely sure

Meaning the translation is

1. "Lets fall together" is what Kaoru said to me

Or is it just only

2. "Lets fall together" Is what Kaoru said


Im guessing its no 1,my best bet
