Namikaze from Hidden Cloud village

I had a small theory that the Namikaze clan might have originated from the Cloud Village, because Minato's abilities were mainly based around speed, and there was the whole thing with Naruto surpassing Minato's speed so the Raikage respects him or something. Also because that character, the lady with the short blonde hair and pale white skin, the one from the cloud village. I thought she might be a namikaze too. I'm not saying that Minato use to live in the Cloud Village or that he is loyal to Kumo or anything, i'm just saying maybe his ancestors (great-great granpa, ext) might be from the cloud village. What do you think?

That's like saying Tobirama Senju is from the cloud village because of his speed. And features does not automatically makes you a part of a Clan (Example: Gaara could be part of the Uzumaki Clan because of his red hair.)
