I wander what there role in there story in yes I think there is one .we did not learn about the power of uzumaki until later one so also possible we will learn about them later on.

Maybe they exceed in taijutsu but naruto doesn't under normal circumstances. And they all dream of being hokage.

I doubt they have any significant role, much like the Hatake clan or the Haruno clan. They'd have been introduced earlier if they were to become a large part of the story.

Minato was the only Namikaze worth mentioning, as Jiraiya referred to him as a 'once in a lifetime genius'. He seemed to be a regular shinobi, albeit with better stats than most, until he acquired FTG and Rasengan. I'd guess that any other Namikaze would have been fairly basic as well.

I think that might be possible, there's very few blonde chars in Naruto. I still think the reason nothing has been said about them is because they are the special link to the sage. I think they essentially control the ability to balance chakra.

What I mean by this is they are capable of being perfect sages, which is why Naruto is seen as such a perfect toad sage, and also why he can share chakra with others. The chakra he shares is a combination of both his and the 9 tails not only the 9 tails. Kakashi noted that Naruto's version of the kyubi chakra was better than what he received from the 9 tails directly.

I also believe this is the true reason Minato can enter a Rikudo mode, because he poses the same ability to balance chakras, and possibly why he and Naruto excel at the rasengan. Now obviously the rasengan can be performed by others beside Naruto and Minato but there version is better than everyone elses.

Disagree with this, there's a major backstory that has yet to be reveled for Minato. If it wasn't a secret it would have been told to him when he first met his dad but plot prevented this and I think his family is the true heir to the sage path.
