Okay first I would like to think everyone who replied to part one and their wonderful reviews, so thanks guys/girls. This is part 2. I apologize if anyone suggested a name, I just checked the thread and found nothing so you must have submitted it after that. I wrote this last night, again for fun. Please enjoy. No hating. Now I thought Minato sounded a little Mary-Su-ish so I added a little something near the end. Again, please enjoy:

Minato ran, carrying Mikoto on his back. Her arms, wrapped around his neck, trembled.
"Those were konoha ninja." She whimpered.
"I know." He nodded, jumping from the ground to the trees. "Don't worry. Well be okay. I'll protect you."
He had to. They were the only ones left of Yuukigakure, and he was the ninja here. She was just a citizen who's parents and older brother were tortured to death by Minato's family.
Minato was the same age as her, but they were very different. He was too observant, too intelligent for his own good. He saw too much, was too honest and it often led to trouble. He was fully aware of the crimes of his family and village, and it made him too mature, too wise for his age. At four years, he felt like an old man. Well, not too old. He could still jump around like he had wings, outrun wild animals, and had mastered every jutsu in his village possible for his level of chakra.
Mikoto opened her eyes. From this angle, Minato's eyes were so full and focused. They were bright blue, which was apparently what the sky looked like in places where it didn't snow often.
The memory of the konoha ninja made her shudder, fearing for her life. Her only dream was to grow older, fall in love, and have children in a place where they could grow in peace. The only smile she had ever seen was Minato's. He was always cheerful and kind, gentle. She couldnt see him as one of the namikaze monsters, though everyone else had. people tried to assassinate Minato often, but he beat them easy without taking a single life or breaking a sweat. Even though everyone hated him and he came from a family with a long history of monstrosities, his will to live was strong, and his heart was kind.
She thought she might fall in love with him.
Maybe she already had...
A kunai cut flew by, slicing off a strand of hair and making her scream. Minato left the trees and landed on the ground.
"Stop!"
It was the boy from before, the dark haired, dark eyed one with the uchiha crest on his back. She was terrified of the uchiha. They mentally tortured others, like her sister, to death with something called the nightmare realm.
"Minato!" She shrieked, desperate and near tears.
He turned to dash away, but came jerking to a stop.
"What?!" For some reason, he couldn't move.
He was forced to turn until he faced the Nara boy, who didn't look happy about his new face wounds. And he was doing a single hand sign while looking strained.
"Shadow possession." He recalled the Nara clans Kekkei Genkai from class discussions with his fellow Namikaze, now dead. Most Nara had average chakra levels, and this one wasn't very old. He was also lacking a headband, like the rest of them. Meaning these four were like him, mere cadets. Not even gennin.
However, there were four of them. If he simply waited, they could set up some trap. Though they were all in one place right now. Minato didn't sense any clones after all.
"We're here on orders to rescue survivors." Said the Uchiha boy. "You're from Yuukigakure right?"
Minato studied him. He seemed trustworthy, but there was something else. Some catch he was leaving out.
Mikoto was on the verge of hyperventilating, terrified with an Uchiha so close.
"Mikoto." He whispered.
"What's wrong with her?" Uchiha asked, seeming genuinely concerned."Is she sick?"
Minato attempted to block him from her vision, but he couldn't move his head fast enough and their eyes met. She screamed her head off, and hopped off his back. Nara must have been focusing on Minato's base shadow instead of their combined ones.
"Stop!" Uchiha warned, running after her.
Minato saw what he was looking at: her scream had caused some snow in the trees to crumble. It was going to fall and bury her. On top of that, the tree itself was tottering.
Minato gathered chakra in his arm, giving him more strength, and managed to toss a flash bomb in the air. The shadows dispersed, but blinded both Uchiha and Mikoto. Minato's eyes had been trained to handle bright light in case one of these were used against him.
He pushed them both out of the way, but his foot fell through a loose patch of snow, trapping him.

"Hey."
Minato blinked away water and exhaustion, flexing his numb fingers.
One of the Hyuga brothers were watching him, and he quickly sat up. As a result, blood rushed to his head and his vision turned dark and fuzzy around the edges.
"Aaah..." He moaned.
"Stay still." Hyuga warned. "You're friend's fine. Shikaku is with her since Fugaku is... On guard duty."
Minato massaged his temples until his vision cleared. They seemed to be in a cave, where a roaring fire was going. Fugaku (who must have been the uchiha) guarded the entrance, which was blocked with the halves of tree trunks. The other Hyuga was frying fish over the fire, and Mikoto sat with Shikaku (who was the Nara obviously) against the wall. He seemed to be explaining something to her.
"I'm Hiashi." The Hyuga near minato introduced himself. "That's my brother over there, Hizashi. Fugaku and Shikaku are our classmates."
"Fuji and Shiki?" Minato asked. He'd had problems with specific sounds, like あく since he was a baby.
Hiashi attempted to correct him, until he remembered his own speech problem from when he was three. Minato was only a year older than that. And besides, this would be a good chance to make fun of his friends.
Hiashi smiled, a little devious. "Yes. That's correct."
Minato blinked slowly, still groggy, and eyed Hiashi like he was trying to size him up as friend or foe.
"Thank you for saving Fugaku." Hiashi told him.
"I wouldn't have had to if he hadn't scared Mikoto." He said, but not out of anger. It was more matter-of-factly.
"We're not your enemies." He continued. "There are some you need to watch out for, but konoha is a nice place to live. And the security is great, even in these times. You two could sleep in peace, train at the academy, make friends--"
"Are you trying to convince us to come with you?" Minato asked.
"It's better than running for your lives."
Minato looked at Mikoto, who seemed to be hearing the same story. Her eyes sparkled, and Minato knew what she was thinking: a peaceful village where everyone could be happy.
He could get stronger there. Strong enough to protect her. Strong enough to keep Yuukigakure from happening ever again...
He locked eyes with Hiashi.
"Okay."

No. None of them know anything about the Namikaze besides their infamy. And unlike the Uzumaki with their red hair and the Uchiha with their dark hair and the Hyuga with their white eyes, pretty much everyone in the Namikaze look different. Minato doesnt look anything like his parents, and the Namikaze have no kekkei genkai, so unless he tells them he's a namikaze, which he will when they ask, they'll remain in the dark. As for the next chapter, im planning on introducing Kushina. By this time, Minato and Mikoto will have made themselves comfortable in the academy and Mikoto's fear of the Uchiha will be strong but not so much as it was in this chapter. I'll link you again when i get the next chapter posted. :x3:

Good chapter, I liked the fact you made the description of Minato's clan mixed and they don't have any KKG's, could it be a bit longer in the next one?, thanks for sharing
