"Cat Burglar" Nami is a pirate and the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates. She was officially the third member of the crew after Arlong's defeat, and the second to join. She briefly betrayed the crew during the Baratie Arc, but rejoined at the end of the Arlong Park Arc after her past and true intentions were revealed. She has a bounty of Beli16,000,000

Nami was an orphan found by Bell-mère, a female Marine, on a hostile battlefield. The marine adopted her along with Nojiko, a child who was also with her. The three became as close as a real family.

As a child, Nami developed a love for drawing maps and navigation, and the dream to draw a complete map of the world.

If she were to live in the real world, her nationality would be Swedish

Genzo

Back home, Genzo acted as a father figure to both Nami and Nojiko. He was very concerned about Nami's pose on her bounty attracting more perverts than bounty hunters, although he had enlarged picture of it himself.

Cocoyasi Villagers

The rest of the village still adores her, even after she steals their money before leaving. Even when she joined the Arlong Pirates without telling them her reason for the desire to become independent, they refused to believe that she would truly betray them (as shown by Genzo's confession that they coerced the truth from Nojiko), and supported her in secret.

She has come to terms with the idea that Bell-mère was her mother. In life she never saw eye to eye with her adoptive mother at times

As an orphan, Nami may have other family. However considering the circumstances behind her origins with Bell-mère and Nojiko and the fact that Bell-mère found both girls in a war zone, it seems unlikely her familial origin will ever be touched upon.

I really don't get the point of this thread.

You give a background check of which most things are already known, which you then give a summary which is also something pretty much everyone knows and then give predictions that are so standard they can apply to countless of characters.

No we do not know her parents. Might they ever appear? Maybe, but of how many characters do we know the parents? They might appear, for the same money they might appear never. That they might play a role in the story? That counts for every characters parents. That is so shallow you can't even call that a prediction.

Nami from the NW? She was found as a baby by Bell-mère, who as far as we know has always been in East Blue. There is nothing that indicates she might have been anywhere else, so how does a baby from the NW end up in East Blue on a battlefield? And once again of how many characters are we not sure of where they were born?

Undiscovered ability? Unless she is from some kind of special tribe or species that has unusual abilities, but once again there is nothing that even remotely points to that. So finally again this is something you could say about so many other characters.

So I really fail to see the point. There are zero indications of your predictions. I can perfectly replace the name 'Nami' with 'Zoro' as we don't know his parents either nor are 100% sure where he was born. Going any further is nothing more than wild guessing.

If you now had some kind of argumentation for all of this ok, but now you just give basic character info for standard, universal predictions which only have that there is nothing that says it couldn't be possible, which is lowest argument in existence.
