What exactly is it? And where is it airing?
Is it some new content or just a filler/summary of what happened during the Arlong arc?

Yeah, I guess so. I don't really mind it with One Piece.
But the crap they pulled on Naruto... with those Naruto/Sasuke recap episodes when the series was already a complete filler-fest :sy:
They should do that with the 50 first episodes or so. It would really attract more fans to the show. It is the 50 first episode that is the barrier that most people have to get through to become a fan of the series, and if they re-do those episodes in the same manner as this one, it would be greatly helpful.
