My first system was the N64.

you will want:
Super Metroid (a must)
Megaman X 1-4 (over that was not on snes i think)
Lost Vikings (made by Blizzard, before they did warcraft or diablo, still has their humor )
Super Mario Land

also my phone is emulator madness, i have everything from arcades and atari 2600 to N64 and PS1, i suggest these two apps:

PS1 emulator, running at 20~30fps on my 1 core 1GHZ device

N64 emulator, i have a one called N64oid that is off the market for some reason, it work on my device at highest framerate games like Super Mario 64 and Ocarina Of Time:
