1- since when can you delete a perminant seal?...its perminant..by the way minato seal did dissapear if you read..
2- guess you missed kabuto stating he revived madara beyond his prime...and added wood style...

4- obito wanted to "stockpile good eyes"...sasuke had mangekyo sharingan...the last uchiha...pretty obvious...
5- using the gedo statue consumes your life force...nagato was never REALLY crippled (in my opinion)...
6- so was kimimoro's....you dont have to explan an illness...unless YOU can explain why everyone developes cancer...
7- naruto has been using RSM in every situation except against toneri otsutsuki...put your glasses on
1. I'm talking about Tobirama's FTG. The one that was there after Obito gained jutsu-erasing powers. And being permanent doesn't mean it can't be erased, it just means it won't fade on its own over time.
2. "Beyond his prime" doesn't explain *how* he magically has Rinnegan eyes that he wasn't born with (they're Izuna's). And while we're on that, how did Kabuto surgically add living Hashi cells to a body made out of ash and confetti? Any surgical cut should just regenerate.
3. Not really a problem, but Mokuton isn't a "Senju" thing or an "Ashura" thing. It's a unique Yang release that only Hashirama has, yet it's obviously related to the Shinju / Juubi. It's like Hashirama is a mini Shinju, and we've no idea why. Naruto didn't get that kind of power from Ashura's Chakra.
4. Obviously I understand Obito's stated motive, at the time Kishi followed that plotline, for manipulating Sasuke. He also said he wanted to sync Sasuke with Gedo Mazou. These were all red herrings. Obito never sync'd anyone with Gedo Mazo, he just controlled it himself. He never needed good eyes, or attempted to use them or bring Sasuke into the war. He just forgot about Sasuke. Even when Sasuke arrived on the battlefield, Obito never even really talked to him. He didn't try to use his old manipulation, or trigger Sasuke's hatred. My whole point was that Obito's plans for Sasuke were totally forgotten, and you counter by pointing out that the plans once existed... didn't really address my point.
5. Even Edo Nagato was crippled. He couldn't walk on his own.
6. Kimimaro was specifically brought into the manga to be the "dying vessel candidate" that Sasuke was replacing, and is a minor character. Itachi was a major character. It was never even hinted that he had an illness until he fought Sasuke, and then afterwards the only explanation we get is that he was dying of illness. In real life, sure, people get sick for no reason. However, in literary works, typically characters are given sicknesses for a reason, and it's not just thrown in at the last second and then never addressed. It reminds me of "The Room," which is not a comparison anyone wants.
7. The ONLY indication that Naruto is using RSM and not BSM is the lack of red pigmentation around his eyes. However, every other indication points to the contrary. His face is golden again, rather than his natural skin color. His cloak is the typical BM rings, rather than the 9 Tomoe. He hasn't created TSBs. He hasn't used unique Bijuu Chakra for his jutsu. Sorry, but it's at least ambiguous whether or not Naruto is using RSM or BSM, and any assertion that it's RSM is simply giving Naruto the benefit of the doubt, without hard evidence. We're essentially relying on the fact that it wasn't "confirmed" that he lost it, and also the bare fact that Hagoromo said that Naruto is a meeting place for the Bijuu.
