Tobi didn't do anything. It was Deidara. He turn the Turtle so that it can't swim and knock it on conscious with his explosive clay.

If say Tobi did anything, then he must have Sharingan Genjutsu it.

idk about that. Deidara said it was PROBABLY his clay that did it. At the very least, the clay helped but it wasn't the sole reason the Sanbi was knocked unconscious. Toni did something also

True, but can't really say because Deidara was the only person that did something. Tobi was out of view and little was known at the time. But what we know now is he has Sharingan and had Sanbi under his control before.

Great scene. The reason Diedara might be upset is because Tobi survived his explosion. Diedara's 1 attack knocked out a bijuu but Tobi survived.
