Tsunade dying, Oro dying.
And stop doing that thing where he just makes 1 or 2 major gamechangers each chapter, I really dislike that. He needs to just start increasing the number of pages to 20 or 22. He's cover a lot more ground and it wouldn't feel as rushed.
Sasuke hurrying up and getting that powerup.
And I think the series would've had a much stronger impact had Kakashi actually adopted Naruto or Sasuke before he fled the village. Naruto had Hiruzen to look after him and Sasuke... Kind of didnt. Kakashi could've shown some sympathy and picked him up, having an old Uchiha friend himself and having the last of the bloodline limits in his body do he could train Sasuke more especially.
Kishi STOPPED under powering Kakashi.
And if Kakashi himself had a KKG.
