I never really disliked anyone, but I had a few characters that grew on me over time, like Kisame for instance. At first he seemed just like a good old maniac pure evil villain, but then he got some depth and an epic death.

I hated him and his dumb design all the way through part 1 and Shippuden and didn't understand how people could take him seriously with his dumb dialogue, bad blue design and the fact he outlived all the other Akatsuki but in that flashback and the manner of his death even I had to admit he seemed like a badass.

Kisame's fine now.
