I have to disagree with that as those attacks arent super fast that you have to be KCM level to dodge :X Anyways that is just an opinion, none of the people I have in mind need to rely on an instant dodging of said attacks.

I think only a handful of people can do what he did, but as far as surviving the attack alone, there are others who can.

No, he clearly said that they would teleport it with FTG, even Minato won't be able to use his S/T barrier in that case because he's missing an arm. Thus, Tobirama was trying to teleport one by one as fast as they could.

Tobirama was talking about making shadow clones and leap away with the TBBs. Tobirama's limit was two shadow clones given the large mass of the TBB's, he asked Minato if he could do the other two U_U
