Hmm...I'm curious about Hashirama regarding this. He definitely has the power to intercept it, but how would he do it. His main means of fighting comes from wood, and I think it would be pretty hard to use Mokuton in a situation where all earth is moving around you and your target is high above in the sky.

Aside from that BM Naruto, EMS Sasuke and Madara and maybe Killer B are what I can think of right now.

@Bold Those are either dodging, not destroying as the OP requested, or just don't have the range to reach it. Itachi is kinda doubtable since Totsuka does have a long range, but there is still the question of wether it can seal Jutsu and Sasuke just doesn't have the prep time to form Kirin once CT is used. Also, for Sasori...well, I just don't really see how.

Minato only needs to throw a single kunai at it and he can warp it anywhere and destroy it with summons. Same for Tobirama using a clone and explosive tags. Sasuke can prep Kirin in the same time it took them to prep their attack plus he has the hawk summon to stay outside of it's gravity field. @bold: Go reread Iron sand feats against Sakura and Chio + DB excerpts and you'll get it.

For Sasuke....well, the hawk also would get pulled by the Chibaku Tensei though.

For Itachi, Totsuka also sealed away Orochimaru's body. It seals away people, even if they are being forced life into by the edo tensei like for Nagato. It sealing jutsu hasn't really been shown though.

For Obito...defeating, yes, absolutely, but not destroying. Like I said, I'm not sure if this thread is about destructive power or not.

-Kakashi with kamui (he can snipe the little black orb to save chacra, but with his feats, he could warp it when it's already big like half bijuu sized)
-Itachi with magatamas can destroy the orb when it's small
-Gai with Hirudora
-Minato with the same barrier he used to warp TBB away or teleport it with Hiraishin
-Tobirama with Hiraishin
(in this case, both Tobirama and Minato could make a kage bunshin and make it go there to the orb, and send it to any hiraishin mark far away)
-Bee with TBB before it is big (the same as itachi)
