[Technical Issue] Name Change + Colour

I understand that there is a section in the FAQs thread for this and I have already read it. My problem is that the link to the member list is dead, so I don't know what usernames I can take.

Is there a new page or list that I can look at, or should I just take a shot in the dark and message a list of names in priority order? Also, my name isn't blue although I won the FUB contest #81. Would someone mind taking care of that?

VM Zise with a couple names, stating which is more important.

Also about the cyan name.

An admin needs to add you into the user group for the cyan. And since Zise is gone for a few weeks, you have to message Caliburn.
