[Question] Name Change and Banner

Hi. So I was looking to change to a premium banner. But for some reason, it doesn't show those options. I also don't know why I have 21 days until I can change my username.

Any answers? Thanks in advance.

The 21 days is probably a glitch. It happened to me once.

As for the premium banner, it should be right above the profile intro text in the edit profile options.
