I'd say amateratsu..sasuno is out, becuz its a defensive techique..the sword itachi had was an item, not a technique, so sasuno might prevent you from getting hit, but it doesnt really have any offensive moves.
therefore the *look at you and burn to ashes* is pretty much the strongest jutsu out there

Agree also, seems to be the most destructive and best executed techinque. The death god jutsu would be great except for the fact it has terrible range and leaves many openings (Not to mention that it kills you, yeah I know it's hypothetical ).
